With each purchase at JCPenney stores, simply provide the phone number or email address linked to your JCPenney Rewards account at checkout to ensure earned points are assigned to your profile. Points are earned on the dollar amount of the qualifying purchase after all applicable discounts, offers, coupons and certificates are applied for all methods of payment. Rewards points will be issued for jcp.com orders (made online or in store) when payment card/account is charged and item(s) have shipped. The maximum number of points that you can receive in a single transaction is 2,000 points ("Point Maximum") regardless of the amount of the qualifying purchase. For all other forms of payment, you will receive one point for every two dollars spent on qualifying purchases made in store or online up to the Point Maximum. If using a valid JCPenney Credit Card or JCPenney Mastercard, you will receive one JCPenney Rewards point ("point") for each one dollar spent on qualifying purchases made in store or online up to the Point Maximum.
